1. Services Provided

We provide 24/7 vehicle recovery, roadside assistance, and transport services across the UK and Europe.

• Service availability may vary depending on location, weather, traffic, and operational conditions.
• While we aim to respond promptly, arrival times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Additional fees may apply for long-distance recoveries, waiting times, or specialist equipment.

2. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings must include accurate details of the vehicle, location, and the nature of the issue.
• A deposit is required before a driver is dispatched. No booking is confirmed until the deposit has been received.
• The remaining balance must be paid immediately upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Prices are provided in advance where possible, but may change if circumstances differ from the original booking.
• We accept payments by cash or bank transfer only.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• If you cancel before dispatch, we may, at our discretion, refund part or all of the deposit.
• If you cancel after the driver has been dispatched, the deposit is non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if the customer is abusive, intoxicated, uncooperative, or if the vehicle is in an unlawful/dangerous condition.

4. Liability

We will take reasonable care when handling your vehicle but accept no liability for:

• Pre-existing faults, damage, or defects.
• Loss or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
• Delays caused by circumstances outside our control (traffic, weather, accidents, breakdowns, etc.).
• Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the service provided.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• You must ensure that your vehicle is safe and suitable for recovery/transport.
• You must provide correct and up-to-date information when booking.
• You must inform us of any special requirements (e.g., lowered vehicles, electric/hybrid vehicles, or non-standard sizes).
• You must ensure that you, or a responsible adult, are present at the time of recovery/collection.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
